Edgerton School District
Referendum Project

JP Cullen has been a partner with Edgerton School District for over 10 years, recently completing their $40.6 million referendum to address long-term facility needs at all four of the District schools. This project included:

  • Main office relocation for secure entry
  • Safety and security updates
  • Expansion and renovation of Community Elementary
  • ADA compliance
  • Updates to existing building systems
  • Building improvements
  • Renovation to the original 1963 high school educational spaces, commons,  cafeteria, kitchen, and band/choir room

Prior to the successful November 2018 referendum, the District worked for nearly two years on a facilities study which JP Cullen lead the Facilities Advisory Committee. JP Cullen also supported the passage of their referendum.

"I've been thrilled with the services JP Cullen has provided throughout the facility upgrade project. The team is committed to the success of our project. I give JP Cullen my strongest recommendation."
