Projects Bidding

Due to our many years of successful construction across the Midwest, as well as maintaining strategically placed offices in Milwaukee and Janesville, we enjoy a very solid reputation with all area trade contractors. We maintain a database of over 6,000 subcontractors for each division of work and will solicit interest through our Invitation to Bid software system.

Should you have interest in being added to our subcontractor database or updating your subcontractor information within that database, you may do so in the following ways:

(1) Complete, then electronically submit, the Subcontractor Application/Update Form.

It is our policy to not release bid results on any project until an official award is made to the General Contractor.
If we are the apparent low GC bidder, bid results will not be released until our subcontracts are awarded.

This policy exists to maintain the integrity of the bid process and to ensure the competitiveness of all bids submitted.
