SHINE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES BUILDING ONE TO BE ONE OF THE MOST ADVANCED NUCLEAR TECHNOLOGY FACILITIES IN THE WORLD
JP Cullen is constructing SHINE’s Building One, which will be one of the most advanced, private, nuclear, technology facilities in the world. SHINE will use this facility to initially house the first fully integrated, full-size SHINE production system. The building will also be used to train employees and develop operating history with equipment. As construction progresses on SHINE’s new campus in Janesville, Building One will be transitioned into a state-of-the-art technology development center.
Shine Building One is approximately 11,400 SQFT building which includes general workspace and offices. The scope of work includes site work, underground utilities, concrete foundations, pre-engineered steel building, building insulation, steel studs, windows, doors and frames, finish work, and design-build MEP.
JP Cullen is self-performing the concrete foundations, footings, walls, and slabs on grade as well as the erection of the steel frame and metal building roofing and siding.
