Project Description: As conceived, the mission of the Hamilton Fine Arts Center is to enrich the community and school district through performances that celebrate the fine arts. The newly constructed performing arts center with a band and orchestra practice facility does just that. This 38,037 square foot addition to the Hamilton High School features house seating for 750 people, a full-fly stage, covered orchestra pit, ticket booth, dressing rooms, rest rooms, costume-prop storage, and full back-of-house support. With a full-size stage and state-of-the-art lighting/sound systems, the Hamilton Fine Arts Center is classed with other fine facilities that host complex and ambitious shows from local talent as well as professional traveling theater troupes. Also added were new music rooms, new exterior building canopies, and extended parking. |
