A – The new construction links three levels of the buildings built in 1963 and 1977. In addition, 23,000-square-feet of extensive corridor work was performed in the ’63, ’77, and ’86 buildings as well.

B – Cedar Crest’s new 49,500-square-foot, independent living apartment building provides 30-units. The underground parking area was refurbished and an addition to the existing underground parking was completed.

C – Site work was a main focus with new patterned concrete, plantings, and a large gazebo.
