In mid-December, the Grand Opening of our office at the Milwaukee Fortress took place! To give some historical background to our new location, the original tenant of this building was the F. Mayer Boot & Shoe Co. Over the years, the building has had many different tenants after the boot and shoe manufacturing company left. Now, the first floor is home to our Milwaukee Office of 25,000 square feet.
At the Grand Opening, we had two major focuses: to share the excitement of our new office and celebrate the relationships JP Cullen has made with our clients and subcontractors in Milwaukee.
Larry Rocole, Vice President of the Milwaukee Division, Shannon Metoxen, future leader of the Milwaukee Division, and Sean Cullen, Business Development Director, highlighted our relationship with Milwaukee that started back in 1975. They additionally spoke about what we have accomplished with the clients and subcontractors present at the event, and the dedication to the future of the City of Milwaukee.
With laughter, beverages and food shared, and an excellent performance by our local Milwaukee Boys and Girls Club and Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra member, Jazale Hill, the time spent was memorable.
Now settled into our new location, we hope to continue to make a lasting, positive impact on the many blocks that make up this wonderful city of Milwaukee, one building at a time.
