Pre-Referendum Services
In a climate of "just say no to taxes," how do you get your voters to say "yes" to a school tax increase? First you must understand a critical concept - your referendum campaign is not a thing or event. It must be an ongoing, daily process in your District from the time you identify a specific need to Election Day.
Kevin Hickman, director of pre-referendum services, will provide consultation and support to pass your district’s referendum by working hand-in-hand with your district and architect to receive maximum results.
In addition, Cullen has the unique ability to provide:

“For the past year, you and members of your staff have worked closely with me, our Board of Education, and a variety of community groups in the preparation necessary to pass a referendum and to build a new high school. In all instances, the Cullen focus on improved service, product, and efficiency is evident. We have been impressed with the ‘hands-on’ presence at our meetings and active participation in the planning.”
