Geographic Service Area

Cullen serves the three states of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. Our on-site construction focus is supported by two offices: our Corporate Headquarters in Janesville, Wisconsin, and our Greater Milwaukee Office in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Corporate Headquarters

Strategically situated at the center of our service area, the Janesville Corporate Headquarters has been in continuous operation since 1892. Besides housing the executive and administrative services that support our field-focused operations, our Janesville location is one of the largest construction compounds anywhere, replete with a full array of construction vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Our vast resource-base can be called upon to deliver an exceptional facility, whatever its size – from modest to monumental .

Milwaukee Division

Launched in 1998, our Milwaukee Division has made its mark on southeastern Wisconsin, raising the standard of construction in a continuously developing urban market where we have successfully completed projects for healthcare, education, commerce, manufacturing, government, and restoration. Expanding our operations geographically has enlarged our pool of trade talent, allowing us the most competitive prices for your project.

Our Milwaukee Division is fast becoming one of Milwaukee's premier construction firms, employing an experienced staff of project managers, estimators, superintendents and office personnel. On average, they complete over $65,000,000 of construction annually, working with a diverse set of clients.

Understandably, the Milwaukee City Hall Historic Restoration Project is our Milwaukee Division's signature project, at once demonstrating Cullen's diverse capabilities in the Greater Milwaukee marketplace while establishing Cullen as the State of Wisconsin's historic restoration specialist.
