Cullen's EMR is under the national standard of 1.0. This means that Cullen workers compensation rates are lower than the rates standardized in our industry by contractors as a whole.
And importantly, Cullen includes the high risk trades of ironworkers and masons in its EMR. Under the Cullen umbrella, these share the same safety advantages enjoyed by the other tradespeople. This helps us deliver more construction value for our client’s construction dollar.
Safety has implications for a project’s schedule, cost, and level of quality. That’s why we hold each member of our team responsible for job-site safety. In addition, we have a Corporate Safety Director who inspects all projects monthly, a practice that ensures the highest level of compliance with OSHA, state, and local guidelines.
