Our Coordinator adds a whole new dimension of value to our enterprise…and to you, our client. The coordinator helps expedite punchlist completion and warranty follow-up, making the entire process easier.
In addition, the coordinator works closely with our project manager, the architect, and your representative to ensure any warranted item is listed, monitored, and, if necessary, rectified in a fair and timely manner. On every active project, Cullen maintains a master warranty sheet that is updated weekly and distributed to key members of the project team, keeping everyone informed. The Warranty Coordinator will be supervising the progression, ensuring efficient and timely post-construction warranty service.
