The new three-level, steel-framed, medical clinic spans 51,138 square feet. The facility includes exam rooms, treatment rooms, a mental health area, chiropractic office, urgent care, optometry and physical therapy areas. In addition, the clinic will house a Wellness Center providing behavioral heath and complementary medical services. The support spaces for the pharmacy, laboratory and x-ray areas were designed as an in-house convenience for patients and staff. The project is situated on a naturally elevated site, which includes parking, site utilities and landscaping improvements that incorporated the preservation of century old burr oak trees.
