Project Description:  

Beautiful views of the Mississippi River, large patios, pre-function space, solid floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and 86,000-square-feet of conference and meeting facilities are highlights of the new Grand River Center in Dubuque, Iowa. Other details include a 12,000-square-foot ballroom, a 30,000-square-foot exhibit hall, plus 12,000-square-foot of meeting space, 9,000-square-feet of pre-function space, and a 2,200-square-foot river room that can host groups of 10 to 1,200 people.

The building features state-of-the-art technology components, including high-speed Internet and video conferencing. The building is heated and cooled using a Green Technology called Geo-thermal in which energy is taken from the earth to heat and cool interior spaces.
