The new construction links three levels of the buildings built in 1963 and 1977. In addition, 23,000-square-feet of extensive corridor work was performed in the ’63, ’77, and ’86 buildings as well.

The single-story, 16,000-square-foot, wood structure that features 24 resident units and two, large common areas. The building’s focal point is the hearthstone room with an exposed wood structures and a large fireplace. Every effort was made to make this facility a warm and nurturing environment for residents.

The single-story, 3,300-square-foot facility spans nearly one acre on a donated five-acre parcel by Aurora Healthcare Inc. According to Cullen's Project Manager, A lot of excitement and anticipation was present with this project because this is one of the first facilities of this nature in the immediate area.

Ground broke for the 93,000-square-foot Lakeland Healthcare Center in Elkhorn, Wis. as the newest member of Walworth County’s healthcare facilities. The new center is located east of the existing healthcare facility. Blending quality healthcare functionality with surroundings pleasing to the eye, J. P. Cullen & Sons, Inc. joined forces with Plunkett Raysich Architects to deliver an attractive facility with home-appeal.

The project is a new Health & Wellness Campus located on 130-acres. Specifics include: site development; a new 29,000-square-foot, single story wood frame assisted living complex (24-units); and new 126,000-square-foot, two-story, health & wellness building.
