Oconomowoc Arts Center (OAC)
The project of the new community performing arts center was long awaited by the Oconomowoc community. The Center was added to the north side of the Oconomowoc High School for everyone to enjoy.
South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center
The South Milwaukee PAC is a technologically advanced theater that was built to serve the School District of South Milwaukee, and the greater community. With 786 seats, a sizeable orchestra pit, full-fly loft, and state-of-the-art light and sound capabilities, the PAC is an optimal setting for any type of performing arts event.
Hamilton Fine Arts Center
As conceived, the mission of the Hamilton Fine Arts Center is to enrich the community and school district through performances that celebrate the fine arts. The newly constructed performing arts center with a band and orchestra practice facility does just that.
Janesville Performing Arts Center
As part of the versatile renovation of the former Janesville High School, the Janesville Performing Arts Center is housed in what had been the school’s auditorium. The auditorium is surrounded by apartments, complete with chalkboards that have been converted from the original classrooms.
Epic
With an aggressive schedule, Cullen set out to build and unify over 600,000 square-feet of customized spaces in 27 months for the Epic Systems Corporation in Verona, Wis. This was no small feat, particularly when quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction are made top priorities.
The Armory
The Armory had been vacated for several years when architect “Mick” (Michael) Gilbertson became enamored of the building and saw an opportunity to provide the city with an entertainment spot that could boast charm, elegance, and tasteful stage productions – while offering three separate areas for customer-preferred dining experience.
Coronado Theatre
The expansion of the existing Coronado Theatre allowed the stage house to be enlarged, improved the stage-level support areas and load-in areas, and converted original apartments on the second and third levels into support areas and dressing rooms to meet requirements of major theatrical road companies.
Grand River Center
Beautiful views of the Mississippi River, large patios, pre-function space, solid floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and 86,000-square-feet of conference and meeting facilities are highlights of the new Grand River Center in Dubuque, Iowa.
