Project Description:

The new state-of-the-art facility stands proud with two floors adorned with sleekly designed windows to allow enough natural light to infiltrate the interior.  A large, oversized canopy protects patrons from uncomfortable weather, subliminally promoting easy access.  The building's exterior is comprised of steel-studded backup showcasing brick and aluminum curtain walls.

"Magnificent," said Library Director Carole Dickerson, when asked her impression of the new library. Dickerson came onto the scene after the building was constructed but had plenty of opportunity to witness the commitment of Cullen's project manager exhibited when tying up all the loose ends on a project this size.  "I found him extremely responsive," she added, "they did not leave until the last fixture was adjusted and the last nail pounded in."

The construction spanned 14 months and completed on time.
