Project Description: The renovation of Fort Memorial Hospital included a 96,000-square-foot, three-story addition with a new rooftop helipad and a 56,000-square-foot remodeling of the existing building. With an aggressive sequencing and phasing plan to maintain hospital operation, this state-of-the-art facility was constructed to accommodate the increased growth in the hospital’s program activities. The project was completed in 30 months and expand a multitude of departments such as Emergency Services, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Outpatient Services and Ambulatory Surgery. |
