Estimating Capability

J. P. CULLEN & SONS has an estimating capability that can be implemented during the planning and preconstruction phase. As nearly 50% of our workload is attained through competitive bidding, we are well aware of current market conditions, including cost of materials and building systems, local labor rates, bond premium rates, equipment rental rates, regulatory mandates, and transitory logistical constraints that must be factored into an accurate estimate.

We can provide estimates for all three phases of design: conceptual, schematic, and design development.

For any project, an accurate initial budget is critical. Any estimate we prepare for you will serve as a control against which the estimated cost of the evolving design can be measured.
