Project Description: The cornerstone of the World Dairy and Agricultural Center on Madison’s eastside, this commanding structure was built through a lease/purchase agreement with a developer and the State of Wisconsin. The project got off to a running start with a strong partnership team, which included a Cullen vice president with impressive engineering credentials. This team was largely responsible for the upfront, development-drive that ultimately resulted in an outstandingly successful facility. Partnership, again, underscored the construction process, eventually winning Cullen the 1995 Marvin M. Black Excellence in Partnering Award. |
