Richard Cullen
VP of Field Operations
Richard has 31 years of construction experience and has been the VP of Field Operations since 1995.
During that time, Richard has initiated and established a number of important programs, including Lean Construction Techniques and Construction Best Practices, Process Improvement Department, Comprehensive Safety Program, Daily End of Shift Meetings, field applications of Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Site-Specific Recycling.
