J. P. Cullen & Sons, Inc. (Cullen) was recently awarded a $5.6 million dollar contract to construct a new single story, 25,000 sq. ft. Family Care Center for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. The medical office will continue to be the teaching site for the St. Joseph Family Medicine Residency Program, a partnership with The Medical College of Wisconsin’s Department of Family and Community Medicine.
